As humans, we cling.
So hard.
To our small (and often limited) concepts of reality.
Do you want to | EXPAND | beyond that?
>>> We typically experience a moment objectively (the video-tapeable fact/moment),
>>> Then perceive the moment subjectively, by creating a story about why & what happened (Perception or โMeaning Makingโ) typically based on our past or โhistoryโ,
>>> And then we respond or react based on the conclusion we made about what โhappenedโ, as if it were fundamental truth, (Action), leaving no space for any other reality to be โtrueโ.
Itโs a beautiful and intelligent process, one that's kept us and our species alive, for thousands, if not millions of years.
This process often creates a โloopโ, pattern, or developed neural pathway around โhow the world worksโ. We call this our โprogrammingโ.

This 2nd workshop in our | OPEN | series, is an opportunity to more explicitly define the stories and limitations that keep us back. Join us in identifying these stories, and other aspects of our sexuality that are holding us back from deeper connection, better sex, our most authentic desire, and actually stepping into creating the lives that we want to live from a place of empowered sovereignty versus programmed conditioning.
