Hi, I'm Keith — a coach for men, women, and couples who want more honesty, depth, and aliveness in how they connect. I work at the intersection of communication, intimacy, and sexuality, blending direct, real talk with real practice.

My approach draws on nearly fifteen years of practice in Zen Buddhism, tantra, yoga, and sacred sexuality — tools I've relied on to stay grounded through my own life's biggest turns. I've taught and facilitated workshops on masculinity, meditation, and intimacy for thousands of people, and I bring that same presence into every session: warm, direct, and unafraid of the conversations most people avoid.

About Me

I'm a coach for men, women, and couples navigating communication, intimacy, and sexuality — the conversations most people avoid until they can't anymore. My path here wasn't linear: I spent eight years in corporate life before selling everything, traveling through Asia, and eventually settling into nearly fifteen years of practice in Zen Buddhism, tantra, classical yoga, and sacred sexuality.That background shapes how I coach — grounded, direct, and unwilling to dance around what actually needs to be said. In 2020, I healed myself from a stage III cancer diagnosis, an experience that only deepened my belief in presence and honest connection. I've taught and facilitated workshops on masculinity, meditation, and intimacy for thousands of people, and I bring that same presence into one-on-one work: real talk, real practice, no scripts.Whether you're working through communication breakdowns, rebuilding intimacy, or trying to understand your own desire without judgment, I hold space for the conversations that actually move things forward.
